When to use voice
Best when you have thirty seconds and both hands aren't free—walking off the floor, stepping aside after a booth chat, or logging context before the next person walks up.
How it works
- Open Rep capture and choose voice (or land on the voice screen on mobile).
- Tap to record. Mention the person, company, what they need, and the next step—the same prompt shown in the app.
- Listen back, then submit. Transcription and lead analysis run in the background.
On a loud floor
Tip
That's expected—you don't need a quiet hallway. Hold the phone close, or use wired or Bluetooth earphones so your voice is clearer than the room. Keep it short: name, company, need, next step. You can listen back before submitting, and ops can fix the transcript in review if anything's off.
If transcription looks rough
Switch to a typed note or snap a badge photo instead. Ops can also edit the raw notes field when they review the lead.
