Event rep
Reps use Rep capture to log voice notes, badge photos, typed notes, and LinkedIn connects. You pick the event you are at, capture context in the moment, and move on—the app transcribes, structures, and analyzes in the background.
Reps also have access to Settings for profile updates.
Operations
Ops users see the full review workflow:
- Dashboard — daily snapshot for the selected capture date
- All leads — review, edit, enrich, and export individual captures
- LinkedIn — review connects reps logged and match them to leads
- Schedule — manage events reps can tag captures to
- Users — invite and manage workspace members
Workspace & platform admins
Workspace admins (role: admin) also get Workspace settings—lead enrichment provider, bring-your-own-key integrations, and workspace details.
Platform operators manage cross-workspace access from the Platform console. Most teams only need rep and ops roles.
