1. Who we are

leadcapture.now (“we,” “us,” or “the Service”) helps people capture and manage contacts and context from live events. This policy explains our practices for the website and product at leadcapture.now.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account and waitlist information — such as name, email address, and related signup details.
• Lead and outreach content you provide — including notes, voice recordings and transcripts, badge or business-card images, LinkedIn connect logs, and contact fields you enter or import.
• Usage and technical data — such as login activity, device/browser basics, IP address, and similar diagnostics needed to run and secure the Service.
• Communications — messages you send us (for example support emails).

If you store information about other people (event contacts, badge details, etc.), you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for using that information responsibly.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Structure, transcribe, enrich, and help you follow up on leads you capture
• Authenticate users and manage waitlist / account access
• Respond to support and privacy requests
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. AI and processing features

Some features use third-party AI or enrichment providers to transcribe audio, extract text from images, structure notes, or look up contact context. Content you submit for those features may be processed by those providers solely to deliver the feature. Do not submit data you are not allowed to process.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us run the product (for example hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, AI processing, and enrichment). Examples we use today include Supabase, OpenAI-related processing, and enrichment providers you connect under Workspace settings. When you enrich outside the app, your chosen tools process exported data under their own terms. Resend for email.
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, security, or safety.
• A successor if the Service is later transferred as part of a reorganization or sale (you would be notified where appropriate).

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed for authentication, session management, and basic operation of the site. We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account or waitlist entry is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete account or waitlist data by emailing support@leadcapture.now.

Lead records you store are retained until you delete them or ask us to help remove related workspace data, subject to backups and legal retention needs.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@leadcapture.nowwith the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. International processing

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take additional reasonable steps to notify you.
