Enrichment

Optional email and LinkedIn lookups from ops review—using your provider key, or by enriching exported data elsewhere.

Do you need enrichment?

Every capture is structured and export-ready without enrichment: name, company, event, transcript, recommended next step, and LinkedIn URL when captured.

Not by default in early access. Captures are structured and export-ready. To look up email or LinkedIn in-app, connect your provider key under Workspace settings. Or pull JSON via the API into Claude, Clay, or your CRM—or skip enrichment and follow up with the context you captured.

Connect your provider

Yes—that's how in-app enrichment works in early access. Workspace admins connect keys under Workspace settings. You pay your provider directly; we don't resell lookup credits.

Early access

Platform-funded enrichment is not included in this launch. In-app lookups require your provider key under Workspace → Enrichment provider.

Enrich outside the app

Many teams skip in-app enrichment entirely: export via CSV or pull JSON from the API, then enrich in Clay, Apollo, or your CRM, or feed leads into Claude for follow-up drafting. See CSV & API export for the workflow.

Enrich one lead

From All leads, open a lead and click Enrich when your provider is connected. The app looks up the person using LinkedIn URL, business email, or name and company from the structured capture.

If enrichment is not connected, use Connect enrichment provider to open Workspace settings.

Bulk enrichment

  • Enrich all pending on the dashboard for the selected capture date
  • Multi-select checkboxes in All leads to enrich several at once
  • Background cron — schedule POST /api/ops/enrich-pending for unattended runs (25 leads per call)

Tip

Enrichment works best when reps capture a LinkedIn URL, email, or clear name and company. Thin captures may return partial results—edit fields in review before enriching.
