When to use photos
Best right after a conversation when someone hands you a badge or card and you need to move on. Faster than typing, and you keep the exact spelling of names and companies.
How it works
- Open Rep capture and switch to the photo mode (or use the photo screen on mobile).
- Select the event you are at, then take or upload a photo of the badge or card.
- Submit. We extract text from the image, save it as the capture transcript, and run the same lead analysis as voice notes.
Tips for better extraction
Tip
Fill the frame with the badge or card, avoid glare, and hold steady for a second. If the photo is blurry or partially cut off, add a quick voice or typed note with anything the extraction missed.
