When to use typed notes
Use typed notes when the floor is too loud for voice, you already know exactly what to write, or you want to supplement a photo or voice capture with a detail you do not want misheard.
How it works
- Open Rep capture and switch to text mode.
- Select the event and type your note.
- Submit. The text is saved as the capture transcript and analyzed for structured fields, sentiment, and recommended next steps—same as voice and photo captures.
What to include
Same prompt as voice: person, company, what they need, where you met, and the next step. Even two sentences is enough if the context is clear.
